
Our biggest mission is to provide you with the highest standard of customer service. If you can’t find the size you require or the size is unavailable please let us know. We will try our best to provide you with your favourite piece and if we can’t, you will be the first to know when it comes back in.
UK Delivery
Delivery to the UK will be free. All orders are posted using recorded delivery or courier and will require a signature on receipt. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the order. Please allow 7 working days for goods to arrive.
International Delivery
International Delivery will be £20. These charges are set by our courier and on occasions may change due to area charge rates. All orders are tracked and will require a signature on receipt.
Please note:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the costs you may incur. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns up to 14 days from dispatch for a refund, or for an exchange of different size or colour.
Items purchased in our Sale can still be returned however they will need to be returned within the Distance Regulations Selling Policy (7 Days).
Goods will be inspected on return so all items must be in their original condition including all packaging and tags. Please note, we will not refund any items which are scented with perfume or deodorant.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your returned order (depending on the postal service used). The goods are your responsibility until they are safely received. We advise using a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods being returned.
Once we receive the item(s), we aim to process all returns within 24 hours however please allow for delays in sale periods. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your returned item(s) have been received and the actions we have taken (i.e. refund/exchange).
Any refund issued will automatically be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. If we are unable to exchange an item due to stock levels, we will refund the amount back to your credit card and inform you by email.
International Returns:
If you wish to return an item but are outside of the United Kingdom, please state that the item is a return on the commercial invoices otherwise charges will be incurred. If your country does not require you to include commercial invoices, please make it clear the item is a return on the address label.

Prefer not to pay by card?
If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make them payable to Crumpet. We need your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number written on the back. Please also include a note of the piece you would like to purchase and your delivery address.
