My favourite piece is...

 

The beautiful, sexy and utterly versatile laced back cardigan which I ordered in blue and black.  Its classic but with a twist and has been worn to many occasions both day and night.  As a mother of four young boys it helps me look like a yummy mummy and the cardigan has been admired by both males and females alike.  Cashmere heaven is what I have found in Crumpet! I have looked at replacing you but cannot find anything quite as good- well done Crumpet! The Ditzy Stole (colour, hot) from the AW09 collection- it's a piece that is interesting but goes with everything- wintery patterns are often dull and this one really wasn't! It also feels (like all other crumpet pieces) absolutely amazing - Alia Bokhary

My favourite piece of Crumpet cashmere is my black classic cardigan with cropped sleeves.  I bought it last summer to go with a little dress for a wedding and straight away realised that it was a piece my wardrobe had been crying out for! It pulls together a multitude of looks worn over the little tops, dresses that I already own and suddenly I seemed to be giving lots of my clothes a new lease of life.  I am typing this whilst wearing it for work over a little peach blouse and cute black flippy skirt.  It has had plenty of compliments because it is the exact thing all my friends want to find!

You would think that it is easy to find such a staple but alas, no!!  I searched all my favourite stores and on line to find the right shape and material - there are loads of "black cardigans" and finally saw it on the Crumpet website - but it was sold out.  I emailed the girls at Crumpet to put me on a wait list not thinking that it would come to anything and, then, when I was spending a weekend in Spain I had a telephone call to tell me they had one in stock and it could be despatched to me that day.  As soon as I saw it I knew it was the piece I wanted.  The yarn is beautiful and the shape so simple and classic.  My kind of style!  I am a total Crumpet convert!  I have now got 2 more cardigans - a grey baggy shape, a green classic slim shape, a cream and navy stripey sweater, the cream cashmere tank and the cream alex bustle cardigan. I think my wardrobe now needs a cashmere dress and a stole! - Best regards Victoria

My favourite product is the classic cashmere cardigan. I would choose either the very in-season Nude or Riviera cardigan. It exudes quality, is highly versatile as it doubles up as a top and is the ideal stylish piece for covering up whilst on your yacht on Monaco or going about your business in town. My favourite crumpet piece is a chunky beige three-quarter sleeve jacket which I bought a couple of seasons ago. I wore it constantly throughout the winter as it was so warm and comfortable and went with everything. I can throw it over a dress or just wear it with jeans and it always looks great. It's still the first thing I put on if I am feeling chilly as it is so cuddly and makes me feel wonderful. It's been to London with me on the train and to Portugal on the plane - I just love it!I've had lots of compliments when wearing it and would never put it in my hold luggage as I would be devastated if I lost it. My light grey cardigan from a few years ago – I bought one in the sample sale I went to (at my Mum’s insistence) in Mistley, and my lovely cat decided to claim it for her own when I got home!  When she died we buried her with it, and my wonderful fiancé bought me another (almost identical one) as a pick-me-up gift.  It goes with everything, I can wear it (almost!) all year round, and is just the right length (not too short, not too long).  I wear it to the office, on the weekends, and snuggled up on long plane flights home to Australia.  It is the perfect, wearable security blanket!  Felicia Trewin

My chelsea dress is the piece of clothing I would not be without. Crumpet cashmere is like wearing a bit of heaven and this dress fits perfectly, flattering and divinely comfortable - comfort and style, perfect! I take it with me wherever I go to feel comfortable, warm, classy, relaxed and sexy. It is essential for travelling, so light and compact. I can't be sure this is a 'chelsea' - as I also have 'charley' which could be the tunic length v- neck (front & back). They are both adorable, thank you.  Marilyn Tate

Sorry but I am going to have to cheat as have two Crumpet pieces that I really cannot choose between.
The first is my sequin shawl - so easy to throw on over anything and look as if you have made an effort. Brilliant for those days when nothing else looks right! I used to be late everywhere having tried everything on in my wardrobe and then at the last minute panicked and thrown on the first thing I had tried on leaving the rest discarded on the floor.
My second - sorry I am going to have to repeat myself, is my leopard stole. I know you have heard it before but as a scarf obsessive I own a few!! The Crumpet leopard scarf is much nicer than the Louis Vuitton ones I own. Even more importantly after having worn it constantly for practically the last 4 weeks, I now am sure that yours doesn't snag or pull like the LV ones do.
