How do I tell a good quality cashmere piece from a poor one?

You can tell the quality of a cashmere piece by touching it. If it does'nt feel smooth, soft and luxurious, then we wouldn't recommend buying it.

Another critical factor is density/weight. Pull the sides of the garment apart and let go. It should snap back to its original shape. If it ends up as a loosely knit, limp fabric this is the hallmark of a cheaply made garment.

A good cashmere garment should feel hefty and substantial even if it is lightweight.
